Long time no post! Sigh after my sister’s wedding ended, I’ve been busy busy busy! I’ve been busy with my Alumni exhibition 2010- The LOFI Photography Project.
This idea hatched one day over lunch break (if I didn’t remember wrongly, it was while shooting NTU open house) with Junsen when we decided to have an exhibition that goes against the convention of high fidelity photography. As photo editors, both of us seldom edit our photos creatively into photos that look like they came out of a polaroid or a Holga (or a Lomo, for that matter) so we came up with an exhibition that was a logistical nightmare our VP Kingston had to live through.
Anyway, to cut the story short- here’s some photos we took while setting the exhibition up. There were almost 300 entries and together with the centerpiece and the biographies, the whole exhibition was about 7 meters wide, suspended on fishing lines and linked together with cable ties (metal rings were too ex!)
P.S. Will try to get the shots of the completed set up from Kingston when it’s done!
